Historic Livery Hall with interlinking rooms and a secluded garden. Ideal for events and conferences.

One of London's last remaining Livery Halls, Stationers' Hall was completed in 1673.  The Hall comprises a suite of characterful, interlinking rooms, along with a Garden, that combine to make the perfect events and conference venue. 

The Livery Hall is the largest space and has opulent stained glass windows which give an impressive ambience. The Court Room is fabulously elegant and ideal for breakout sessions. 

The Stock Room joins the two larger spaces and is often used for dancing or drinks.

The secluded Garden with its' huge plane tree is an ideal location for a summer event.

Stationers' Hall and Garden

Spacious, light-filled foyer in a modernist venue. Ideal for receptions, exhibitions, and catering.

The spacious Foyer is ideal for events in central London for a large influx of delegates, exhibitions or as a catering space for events in Congress Hall. It can also be booked separately for receptions. When booking Congress Hall, the foyer space is included.

Located on the Lower Ground Floor alongside Congress Hall, the Foyer features a dedicated reception area and 103" plasma screen, cloakroom, toilet facilities, and natural daylight. Large windows flood the foyer with natural light.

The foyer can also be decorated with vinyl wrap and extensive signage to display your brand to guests.

The Cloisters is a bright and airy reception space that is ideal when used in conjunction with other spaces at Merchant Taylors' as a breakout space for larger events or ideal when used as a standalone space for drinks receptions or networking events. 

Pair with the neighbouring outdoor space of the Courtyard Garden for a great combination of a luxurious outdoor space with a casual and refreshing and relaxing outside reception.

Merchant Taylors' Hall 

Historic Georgian sugar rooms with natural light, oak flooring, and exposed beams. Ideal for events up to 100 guests.

The Sugar Rooms, where the brewing sugar was stored, have natural daylight through elegant feature Georgian windows that overlook the courtyard. The rooms can host up to 100 guests for a standing reception. The lower Sugar Room is often used as a reception area and the upper sugar Room as the main meeting space. Both can be used as separate breakout spaces for larger events or together as more flowing space for networking. There is solid oak flooring in both rooms and exposed wooden beams in the upper Sugar Room.

The Livery Hall is an awe-inspiring space for grand dinners, receptions or conferences with the wow factor. Lit by impressive stained-glass windows and four English glass chandeliers, one of the delights of attending an evening event is to see the crystal facets twinkling in the candlelight.

The Livery Hall

Goldsmiths' Hall

Historic Tudor hall with notable art, ideal for receptions, dinners, and various events up to 200 guests.

The Old Hall is a wonderful example of beautifully maintained Tudor architecture and has many notable features including the wooden screen at the south end designed by Inigo Jones, and Hogarth’s painting of 'Paul before Felix' on the North wall. 
It creates a desirable setting ideal for receptions for up to 200 guests, seated lunches and dinners for up to 120 guests, and conferences, lectures, meetings, seminars and ceremonies for up to 130 guests.
