Dry hire costs £1,850 + VAT for 9am to 5pm (8 hours) Monday to Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are discounted to £1,650 + VAT for the same duration. Additional hours are charged at £160 + VAT per hour.

The Embassy accommodates a maximum of 100 standing, 70 theatre style, 60 cabaret style, or 40 boardroom style. The venue consists of two floors with a main room, breakout areas, fireplace room, the Palladio meeting room, and outside patio.

Two unlimited refreshment packages are available: Option 1 at £10.90 + VAT per person includes tea, coffee, apple juice and biscuits; Option 2 at £14.90 + VAT per person adds soft drinks. Breakfast starts from £8.90 + VAT per person, lunch from £18.99 + VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11 + VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering.

Smart TV screens (85-inch) are available for £275 + VAT, microphones cost £90 + VAT (two handheld mics available), and stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125 + VAT. PA systems and other AV equipment are available for additional charges upon request.
