Senate Room - Senate House
The Senate Room boasts original wood panelling and three levels of tiered seating, ideal for presentations and ceremonies. The space is full of natural daylight and it can accommodate up to 80 people. The Senate Room is set up in a fixed theatre style configuration.
Woburn Suite - Senate House
A dining layout can be set up in Woburn Suite or in the individual Woburn Room or Montague Room, with a capacity of 26 and 22 respectively. The meeting room is a blank canvas and can be configured into eight different layouts, including reception style or U-shape, depending on your needs.

With brand new AV equipment, including 85" Samsung screens and one-touch access to Zoom, our meeting rooms are now fully up to date and ready for any sort of event.

Lofty sycamores, bushes and a path line, the perimeter of this quaint rectangular garden, giving you the feeling of complete sanctuary. Woburn Square is perfect for outdoor events, performances, outdoor cinemas, and more. Access can be managed by security and production parking is available next to the space.

Torrington Square is a rectangular public space with gravel paths and grassy plots. At the southern side of the square is the University of London's Senate House flanked by Birkbeck College. The University associated venue is available to hire on a sectional basis as a dry hire venue and is a perfectly versatile space for filming and photography. Torrington Square is a public space, however a part can be blocked off for private use. Access and security can be managed by the University.

The sweeping staircase complete with magnificent Christmas tree makes for a festive setting to remember. We can request Temporary Event Notice to extend bar hours for serving alcohol.
