The Max Rayne Atrium is a bright open space perfect for Wedding drinks receptions, breakfasts, ceremonies, and dinners. This semi private space can cater for up to 200 guests and features a beautifully vaulted glass roof with lots of natural light for day events, and a great setting for night time events with visibility of the night sky. Being located on the ground floor, the Atrium is fully accessible for wheelchair users and can accommodate many different lay out styles for your special day.

The Max Rayne Atrium has a venue hire rate of £1,200 + VAT for evening receptions (18:00-22:00). There is a mandatory minimum catering spend of £2,500 + VAT that must be met regardless of guest numbers. Weekend hires require a minimum booking of £3,000 + VAT total.

The Max Rayne Atrium can accommodate up to 200 guests for standing receptions. There is a minimum chargeable number of 90 people for catering, meaning you'll pay for at least 90 guests even if fewer attend.

The venue operates evening receptions from 18:00-22:00, with service ending at 22:00 to allow guests time to depart. Events cannot run past 22:00, and the venue is closed on certain dates throughout the year.

Catering is charged per person, per serving and includes: 6 canapés per person (£23.00), networking nibbles (£6.00), cheese straws/crisps/olives (£3.50), house wine bottles (£25.50), beer bottles (£5.00), soft drinks (£2.00), and water bottles (£3.80). All catering prices are subject to VAT.

No external food or drink is allowed into the venue. All catering must be provided by 1 Wimpole Street's in-house catering team, and you cannot bring your own suppliers or outside caterers.

All quotes are valid for 5 days only. The venue does not automatically hold space when providing quotes - you must specifically request a temporary hold if you need time to make a decision.

The venue offers branded lighting options, LCD screen hire for presentations, and background music capabilities. Additional AV equipment is available for hire - check their AV rate card for specific pricing and options.

For evening events, you can access the auditorium from 17:30 for presentation setup, but catering spaces are only available from 18:00 if there's an earlier event. Full access timing depends on other bookings that day.
