What times can I hire your venue?
We offer 3 hire periods which are:
Day hire: access 08:00-18:00 hours
Late day hire: access 14:00-midnight
Full day hire: access 08:00-midnight
What AV equipment is available?
When hiring the Hall you have complimentary use of the data projector and screen.
You also have complimentary use of the PA system for speeches and for playing music at back ground level. If you have a DJ or live performers they will need to bring their own stand alone PA system in.
If additional equipment / AV services are required we can provide a quote from our AV partner.
What are the catering options?
We work alongside several approved caterers.
Should our caterers not be able to meet your needs (for example dietary reasons) you can apply to have a different caterer come on site to cater your event. If approved a fee will be applicable.
