POZO INFINITO, an optical illusion space within the Paradox Museum London, offers a unique event setting that defies perception and reality. Frequently asked questions

Exclusive venue hire ranges from £1,000 to £18,600 including VAT depending on duration and event size. For example, a 5-hour hire (5pm-10pm) costs £1,000, while extended hire from 5pm-11:30pm costs £18,600. The museum typically closes from 3pm onwards for event setup, which is factored into the exclusive hire pricing.

The venue offers the Main Atrium for larger events and the Dragons Nest Room for smaller gatherings. The Dragons Nest Room is used for children's birthday parties and smaller private events, while the Main Atrium can accommodate events up to 250 guests maximum for cocktail receptions.

Catering is provided through external partners with costs ranging from £6,400 to £15,105 including VAT depending on menu selection and guest count. Options include finger food, bowl food, and canape menus. Drink packages from partner 'Canababes' range from £12-£20 per person, with full catering packages for 75 people costing £8,078-£8,705.

Two birthday packages are available: The Mayfair Chippy Package at £60 per child including VAT (with fish goujons, halloumi fingers, or sausage plus chips), and the VIP Birthday Package at £52 per child including VAT. Both include self-guided museum entry, Zero-Gravity room access, and exclusive use of Dragons Nest party room with catering and tableware.

Optional add-ons include in-house photographer from £100 per hour, magician from £175 per hour, face painter from £175 per hour, balloon illusionist from £175 per hour, and children's entertainers from £175 per hour. DJ and photobooth packages are available from £1,000, and full AV/DJ setups cost from £5,000 including VAT.

AV services are provided through external partner Perception, with costs ranging from £1,000 to £7,490 including VAT. Services include DJ booths, PA systems, microphones, and multiple screens for displaying videos or presentations. The venue has an existing stage that can be utilized for events.

Children's birthday parties are available at specific time slots only: 11am, 1pm, or 2:30pm on Saturdays. The Dragons Nest Room can be hired exclusively from 12pm onwards for birthday celebrations.

Due to cross-contamination risks, the venue cannot cater to severe nut, fish, and shellfish allergies for The Mayfair Chippy Package. The VIP Birthday Package cannot accommodate severe nut allergies. Clients with severe allergies should discuss alternatives with the events team.

Exclusive venue hire includes full access to the museum's 50+ interactive exhibits, dedicated private event space for receptions and speeches, professional event staffing and on-site coordination. The venue typically closes from 3pm onwards for event setup, and client access can begin one hour before the official event start time.
