HOW WE WORK
Bias to ship. Plans are cheap; movement compounds. We ship to production weekly because that is what makes the platform get better, not 6-week roadmaps.
Internally and externally. Concierge culture isn't restricted to the concierge team. It shows up across engineering, account, ops and finance.
Today's craft is not next quarter's. We treat the work, the tools, the process and ourselves as continuous-improvement projects.
Engineers, sales, ops and finance are expected to be curious and fluent. We’ve been deploying AI in production for years. It’s a continuation of what we’ve been doing, not a sudden bet.
