FREE FOR QUALIFYING EVENTS
Concierge is free for business events of 100+ people, budgets over £10k or ongoing programmes. The venue pays us a commission; you pay the same as if you’d booked direct. No markup, no agency fee, no surprises.
For event delivery on the day (production, AV, on-site management, accommodation blocks) we offer paid services through Hire Space 360 and our delivery network. Pricing is transparent and quoted up front; you only pay for what you choose to use.
For programmes of multiple events, Hire Space 360 gives you concierge across the whole portfolio under a single contract.
