The Whitehall Suite in One Whitehall Place has a superb Central London location. The Whitehall Suite offers a sizable venue for your meeting, seminar or conference up to 170 people. 

The adjacent Whitehall Reception is used for registration & catering and provides exclusive use of lower ground floor, with its own cloakroom and toilet facilities.

The venue itself is Grade I listed and high profile, overlooking the River Thames near Embankment tube station, and is  an excellent business venue.

The Royal Horseguards Hotel and One Whitehall Place

Historic Grade II listed circular hall with a glass dome, ideal for conferences and events.

Built in 1939, the stunning Grade II listed Assembly Hall was designed by world-renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker. 

Features include natural daylight, polished English oak panelling and the circular space's architectural focal point - a striking 30-foot glass dome. 

The iconic 519 square metre circular space with its ceiling height of 9.7m hosts theatre-style Conferences for up to 664 delegates, Meetings for up to 208, and classroom-style Training sessions for up to 198 attendees, as well as Product Launches, Fashion Shows and Award Ceremonies.

Church House Westminster

A versatile 1,000-capacity hall at Chelsea FC, ideal for large events, exhibitions, and conferences.

The Great Hall is one of London’s largest and most versatile function spaces for hire. Situated on the ground floor of the club’s West Stand. The room offers high ceilings and 1,400m2 of load bearing floor space accommodating up to 50 shell schemes for an exhibition. In addition to this, The Great Hall can also accommodate a large variety of business events including larger conferences for up to 750 guests in theatre style or 550 guests in cabaret style.

The space has unobstructed views from all 4 corners towards a stage and set which can be installed by our in house AV specialists Peachy.

Stunning double aspect room, overlooking Pall Mall and Waterloo Place.  Filled with natural daylight and period charm, a flexible and popular room often used in conjunction with the Nash as a separate catering or exhibition space.

It can be used as a standalone conference room with stage and sets, or as a breakout and networking room. It seats 120 guests in theatre style or 160 as a drinks reception.

A 300-seat high-tech auditorium with adjoining exhibition space, ideal for conferences and events.

Our 300-seat Auditorium is our largest space for conferences and AGMs. The built-in theatre style layout creates a lecture style facility, ideal for presentations, seminars and panel discussions. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art screen, Sony HDR 4K Laser projector and surround sound speakers, as well as the opportunity to produce video conferencing/streaming. 

The adjoining Exhibition Space is a bright/airy blank canvas space with registration and cloakroom facilities, as well as wonderful branding options including a 5m wide video wall, 84" welcome screen and 4 large media screens.
