What security requirements and costs apply to events?
Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and additional guards may be needed depending on the event nature. Security is also required during full setup and de-rig periods for each event.
What AV equipment is included and what are the additional costs?
The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art Christie projectors, four large ceiling-hung screens, eight motorised trusses with moving lights, line array sound system, wireless microphones, stage with lectern, and ambient lighting controls. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, starting from £4,200. Gallery rooms include wall-mounted 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV, wireless presenting, and Bluetooth connectivity. External AV providers incur additional charges.
What are the typical event timing restrictions and setup requirements?
Events typically run with specific setup and de-rig windows - for example, Green Room events include setup from 7:00am-11:00am, meeting from 11:00am-5:00pm, and de-rig until 5:30pm. 8 at The Londoner events can run from 5pm-1am. The Ballroom allows setup from 6:00pm with guest arrival from 7:30pm and de-rig until 2:00am, depending on the package.
What catering packages and minimum spends are required?
The Green Room package at £130 per person includes arrival experience, afternoon experience, Gallery Farmers Market experience, and tea/coffee.
