The Londoner

The Gallery rooms operate on a minimum food and beverage spend model. For smaller meetings (10-12 people), Somerset House and National Gallery rooms require £200 minimum F&B spend plus £1,800 venue hire, totaling £2,000 including VAT. The Green Room operates at £130 per person with a 30-guest minimum (£3,900 total). All rates exclude a discretionary 12.5% service charge, and any shortfall in minimum spend is charged as additional room hire.

The Gallery consists of seven adjoining meeting rooms that can be customized for different purposes and setups. Individual rooms like Somerset House and National Gallery accommodate 10-12 people, while the Green Room handles up to 30 guests minimum. All rooms connect to a spacious lounge area and can be configured for various layouts including cabaret, U-shape, and theater style depending on your requirements.

The Gallery rooms include wall-mounted 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV 4K, Barco ClickShare wireless presenting, AMX 10-inch touch panels, Bluetooth connectivity, and electronic signage screens outside each room. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, but technician support starts from £3,500. Additional equipment like LED screens (70"-85") cost £1,080, PA systems £650, and microphones £120.

Standard meeting packages typically run from 8:00-17:30 including setup and de-rig time. Setup usually occurs from 7:00-11:00am, with meetings from 11:00am-5:00pm, and de-rig from 5:00-5:30pm. Any extension of these standard timings may require a pricing review and additional charges.

Meeting packages include arrival experience, afternoon experience, Londoner Gallery Farmers Market experience, tea and coffee during lunch, and a bottle of still or sparkling water per person. Additional catering options are available through their sample menus, with costs counting toward your minimum F&B spend requirement.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard with a 6-hour minimum. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and one guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings. For a typical 30-person meeting, this means £210 minimum security cost (1 guard × 6 hours × £35).

Gallery room bookings include Wi-Fi access on unlimited devices, private cloakroom facilities, dedicated events manager, and access to the private events entrance. The rooms feature original art in partnership with London's iconic institutions and connect to a spacious lounge area for networking and breaks.

Bookings are offered on "joint first option" basis with specific hold periods (typically until a Friday deadline). All rates are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of discretionary 12.5% service charge. External AV provider charges may apply if bringing your own equipment, and any shortfall in minimum guest numbers or F&B spend will be charged as additional room hire.

For larger corporate events, The Gallery's seven adjoining rooms can be combined and customized for different purposes. The connected spacious lounge provides additional networking space. For events requiring more capacity, other venue spaces like the Green Room (30+ guests) or Ballroom (up to 850 guests) may be more suitable depending on your requirements.

All pricing is subject to availability and confirmation, with rates potentially requiring review for timing extensions beyond standard hours. External AV providers incur additional charges, and the venue maintains discretionary service charges. Security is mandatory regardless of event size, and minimum spend requirements must be met or charged as additional room hire.
