Taking cues from London's rich arts scene, The Gallery blends visual beauty and functional versatility with seven adjoining meeting rooms.

In partnership with some of London's most iconic institutions, The Gallery presents an inspiring collection of seven meeting rooms decorate with original art.

The rooms are all connected to a spacious lounge and can be customised to suit different purposes and a variety of set ups.

The Gallery rooms include wall-mounted 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV 4K, Barco ClickShare wireless presenting, AMX 10-inch touch panels, Bluetooth connectivity, and electronic signage screens outside each room. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, but technician support starts from £3,500. Additional equipment like LED screens (70"-85") cost £1,080, PA systems £650, and microphones £120.

Standard meeting packages typically run from 8:00-17:30 including setup and de-rig time. Setup usually occurs from 7:00-11:00am, with meetings from 11:00am-5:00pm, and de-rig from 5:00-5:30pm. Any extension of these standard timings may require a pricing review and additional charges.

Meeting packages include arrival experience, afternoon experience, Londoner Gallery Farmers Market experience, tea and coffee during lunch, and a bottle of still or sparkling water per person. Additional catering options are available through their sample menus, with costs counting toward your minimum F&B spend requirement.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard with a 6-hour minimum. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and one guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings. For a typical 30-person meeting, this means £210 minimum security cost (1 guard × 6 hours × £35).
