The Green Room is available for £130.00 per person based on a minimum of 30 guests, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of a discretionary 12.5% service charge. Any shortfall in minimum numbers will be charged as room hire. This package includes set-up, meeting time, de-rig, arrival experience, afternoon experience, gallery farmers market experience, tea & coffee during lunch, bottled water, Wi-Fi, private cloakroom, and dedicated events manager.

The Green Room has a maximum capacity of 150 guests. Events typically run from 8:00 to 17:30 including set-up and de-rig, with set-up from 7:00am-11:00am, meeting from 11:00am-17:00pm, and de-rig from 17:00pm-17:30pm. Any extension of these timings may require a review of pricing.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner. A minimum of one security guard per 100 attendees is required, charged at £35.00 per hour per guard for a minimum of 6 hours. One security guard is also required for the full setup and de-rig timings for each event. The number of security guards may increase depending on the nature of the event.

The Green Room includes built-in audio-visual equipment. Additional AV equipment is available from the in-house team with prices starting from: LED Screen 70' to 85' at £1,080.00, PA System at £650.00, and Microphone at £120.00. All prices are indicative and equipment is subject to availability upon confirmation.

The standard package includes arrival experience, afternoon experience, The Londoner Gallery Farmers Market Experience, tea & coffee during lunch, and a bottle of still or sparkling water per person. Additional catering options are available through The Londoner Events Sample Menus, with bespoke quotes provided based on specific requirements.

Bookings are offered on 'joint first option' with specific hold periods until confirmation dates. The venue requires confirmation of guest numbers to finalize pricing, and any shortfall in minimum numbers will be charged as room hire. A dedicated events manager is assigned to each booking to manage the process.
