Canapé selections start at £14.00 per person (choose 3 options), Bowl and Buns from £27.00 per person, and sweet selections from £12.00 per person including 3 items. All pricing is inclusive of VAT and counts toward your minimum spend requirement.
What weather protection and heating is provided for rooftop dining?
All rooftop areas including the Gallery are equipped with retractable canopies for adverse weather conditions and heaters for guest comfort. This ensures events can proceed regardless of weather.
How far in advance can bookings be made and are there booking restrictions?
The venue cannot provide quotes for bookings beyond January 2025 currently, and their event sales strategy from October 2025 onwards is under review. For groups of 60 guests or fewer, quotes are only provided maximum 30 days prior to the event date.
What happens if the minimum spend is not met during the event?
If the agreed minimum spend of £16,000 (including VAT) is not reached through food and beverage purchases, the remaining amount will be charged as room hire to meet the minimum requirement.
Are there alternative rooftop spaces available if the Gallery is unavailable?
Yes, other rooftop options include The Room (£3,000 minimum spend, up to 25 guests), Half Deck (£8,000-£10,000 minimum spend, up to 50 guests), or full Rooftop hire (£25,000-£30,000 minimum spend, up to 180 guests).
What booking process applies for smaller groups not requiring private space?
For bookings of fewer than 25 guests that don't require private space, contact the Rooftop team directly 30 days prior to your event, or the events team can forward your inquiry to the restaurant reservations team.
