8 at The Londoner & Shima Garden accommodates up to 150 people standing. The Ballroom can host up to 850 guests and is one of the largest event spaces in central London. Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 100 guests attending, and additional guards may be needed based on event nature. Security is also required during full setup and de-rig periods for each event.

The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art Christie projectors, four large ceiling screens, eight motorised trusses with moving lights, line array sound system, wireless microphones, stage with lectern, and AMX control panel. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, starting from £4,200. Gallery rooms include 98" 4K LED screens, Apple TV, wireless presenting, and Bluetooth connectivity. External AV providers incur a £3,000 charge.

Events typically run with setup from 7:00am-11:00am, event time 11:00am-5:00pm, and de-rig until 5:30pm for day events. Evening events often setup from 6:00pm-7:00pm with events running until 1:00am and de-rig until 2:00am. Early access from 6:30am or evening prior setup (6:00pm-8:00pm) incurs additional charges starting from £4,166.67.

The Ballroom dinner package includes champagne on arrival, 3 canapés, three-course menu, wine, and coffee for £180 per person. 8 at The Londoner requires £16,000 minimum food and beverage spend with seasonal Japanese menu. Gallery spaces have £200 minimum food and beverage spend plus £1,800 venue hire. All minimums are inclusive of VAT, exclusive of 12.5% service charge.

External AV providers are permitted but incur a £3,000 charge. The venue offers in-house catering with specific menus for each space, including seasonal Japanese cuisine at 8 at The Londoner and traditional options in the Ballroom.
