The Ballroom operates on a dinner package system at £180 per person (exclusive of 12.5% service charge) with a minimum commitment of 250 guests. For events with lower numbers, an additional room hire of £8,000 including VAT applies. The package includes room hire from 18:00-01:00, setup/de-rig time, champagne on arrival, 3 canapés, three-course menu, tea/coffee with petit fours, half bottle house wine per person, and dedicated events manager.

The Ballroom can accommodate up to 850 people for receptions, 600 seated, or 464 cabaret style. The space features soaring heights of 5.8m (19ft) and is completely pillar-free for maximum flexibility in layout design.

The Ballroom includes state-of-the-art Christie projectors with four large ceiling-hung screens, eight motorised trusses with 50+ moving lights, line array sound system with wireless microphones (4 lapel, 2 handheld), stage with lectern microphone, and AMX touch panel control. Basic AV facilities are complimentary when hiring AV technicians, with pricing starting from £4,200 to utilise the included equipment.

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner. One security guard per 100 attendees is required at £35 per hour with a minimum 6-hour commitment. Additional guards may be required based on event nature, and one security guard is also mandatory for the full setup and de-rig periods.

Standard ballroom events run from 18:00-01:00 with setup from 18:00-19:00 and de-rig from 01:00-02:00. Any extension of these timings may require pricing review. Early access and evening prior setup are available for additional charges.

External AV providers can be used but incur an External AV Provider Charge starting from £3,000. The venue has comprehensive in-house AV capabilities, so external providers are typically only needed for highly specialized requirements beyond the included equipment.

The Ballroom is adjoined by specially designed pre-function areas and two kitchens for seamless event flow. For conferences with 300-350 guests, The Gallery spaces can be included in day delegate rates. The venue also offers a private event entrance for exclusive access.

All pricing is exclusive of a discretionary service charge of 12.5% for ballroom events. Room hire rates are inclusive of VAT, while per-person packages are exclusive of VAT. The venue can provide all costs exclusive of VAT upon request for corporate clients.

Beyond the standard three-course dinner package, the venue offers canapés at £5-£50 per person (typically 6 pieces recommended), conference day delegate packages with multiple dining experiences, and can accommodate special dietary requirements including halal options for private dining events.

Events can be held on first option with specific deadlines for confirmation. The venue requires minimum guest commitments, and any shortfall in minimum numbers will be charged as additional room hire. Dedicated events managers are assigned to each booking to ensure seamless coordination.
