Frequently asked questions

Security is mandatory for all events at The Londoner at £35 per hour per guard, with a minimum 6-hour booking required. One security guard is required per 100 attendees, and additional security is also mandatory during full setup and de-rig periods regardless of guest count.

Standard meeting packages typically run from 8:00am to 5:30pm including setup and de-rig time. Setup usually begins from 7:00am, with meetings from 11:00am to 5:00pm, followed by de-rig until 5:30pm. Extensions beyond these hours may require pricing review.

Meeting packages include arrival experience, afternoon experience, Londoner Gallery Farmers Market experience, tea and coffee during lunch, bottled still or sparkling water per person, and dedicated events manager. Pricing starts at £130 per person based on minimum 30 guests, with rates inclusive of VAT but exclusive of 12.5% discretionary service charge.

External AV providers can be used but incur an External AV Provider Fee starting from £3,000. Additional AV technician support is available from £3,500 if you need professional operation of the venue's built-in equipment or external systems.

Most packages have minimum guest requirements (such as 30 people for the £130 per person package). Any shortfall in minimum numbers will be charged as additional room hire to meet the minimum spend commitment.
