The Atrium can accommodate up to 200 people and is flexible to a variety of desired layouts and chair formations, making this bright space a perfect location for exhibitions, showcasing, product launches, and pop up events. For standalone evening receptions, the space costs £1,200 plus VAT with a mandatory minimum catering spend of £2,500 plus VAT. All prices are subject to VAT and minimum numbers of 90 people apply.

The Max Rayne Atrium accommodates up to 200 people standing for receptions and exhibitions. The space is flexible for various layouts and chair formations, making it suitable for product launches, exhibitions, and pop-up events. Being ground floor located, it's fully wheelchair accessible.

All events require minimum numbers of 90 people for catering charges. Standard catering includes tea/coffee with biscuits at £4.30 per person, networking nibbles at £6.00 per person, and 6 canapés at £23.00 per person. For evening receptions, there's a mandatory minimum catering spend of £2,500 plus VAT regardless of guest count.

The venue operates with standard daytime hours, with evening events typically available from 6:30pm to 10pm maximum. Service ends at 10pm to allow guests to wind down for departure. Weekend hires require a minimum booking of £3,000 plus VAT.

The space includes high-speed Wi-Fi and access to the venue's award-winning in-house AV team. Additional equipment is available for hire including LCD screens (£150 for laptops), video conference kits (£90), PA systems with handheld microphones (£250), and hybrid streaming packages starting from £1,000.

The venue does not allow any external food or drink to be brought into the venue. All catering must be provided by the in-house kitchen and catering teams. This policy applies to all events regardless of size or type.

All quotes are valid for 5 days only. The venue does not automatically hold space when providing quotes - you must specifically request a temporary hold. Site visits can be arranged to check suitability, and access for viewing may be limited if the space is in use for other events.

Beyond the base room hire, budget for mandatory catering minimums (£2,500 for evening receptions), VAT on all charges (20%), potential weekend surcharges (£3,000 minimum), and any additional AV requirements. House wine costs £25.50 per bottle, beers £5.00 per bottle, and soft drinks £2.00 per can.
