This room can accommodate up to 50 people standing and up to 40 people dining; offering a full range of set-up styles for conference dining and exhibitions linking directly to the Max Rayne Foyer. It is the perfect location for drinks receptions, exhibitions, or formal dining. The ENT room is fully wheelchair accessible due to its ground floor location.

The room is based within the Royal Society of Medicine's library with air-conditioning and state-of-the-art audio visual capabilities. The Wheatley Room is ideal for cabaret style corporate meetings, presentations, training and team building. Due to this rooms capacious size with a capacity of up to 60 people, this room can also accommodate theatre and classroom layouts. Refreshments are served at the rear of the room amongst the RSM's exhibition area.

We have 3 small meeting rooms: The Jenner Room, The Darwin Room, and The MacAlister Room. All 3 rooms are located on the 2nd floor of our building, accessible by lift. Our small meeting rooms are perfect for small corporate meetings, interviews, collaborative work and study sessions. With flexible full day and half day rates, these rooms are the ideal place to minimise distractions and optimise workflow.

Located on the 2nd floor, the Library Boardroom is an intimate boardroom with the capacity for 6 people, tucked away from any distractions to enhance workflow. With a permanent LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen installed, this room is perfect for small corporate meetings and presentations as well as interviews, training sessions, appraisals, and workshops. This room can accommodate both online and hybrid meetings. The Library Boardroom also comes with a wall-fixture whiteboard for brainstorming new ideas, business plans, or flowcharts.

The Heritage Centre is a unique meeting space and one of the many heritage gems at 1 Wimpole Street. This space features 14 beautiful wooden chairs around a wooden table in a boardroom style formation. It is located within the RSM Library and hold an array of medical history from the RSM's archive, which is updated on a regular basis. The room is perfect for meetings, training, appraisals, presentations, or team building. The temperature in the room is maintained at 20C degrees to protect the rare books stored in the various glass cabinets.

Our Max Rayne Foyer is conveniently located on the ground floor next to the Max Rayne Auditorium, making it fully accessible to wheelchair users. This space can accommodate up to 80 delegates and is a great accompanying catering or exhibition space for conferences taking place in the adjacent auditorium. It is also located next to the ENT Room, offering a loarger combined space if booked together. The Max Rayne Foyer offers some natural day light as well as wall uplighters to enhance the optics of your event.

The Cavendish Room is an elegant, multi-purpose event space perfect for conference dining or exhibitions. It is located on the ground floor close to the auditoriums, making it fully accessible to wheelchair users. The Cavendish Room can host up to 200 people in a range of styles and formations, making it perfect for corporate dinners, buffets, and banquets. It is also used as a separate catering area if you're having a conference in one of the lecture theatres. This room has beautifully slanted windows lined along the back wall to allow natural daylight to floor the space.

Located within the RSM's Members' Area, the Wimpole and Hewit Rooms are available to hire for business meetings, seminars, small press conferences, or any other private corporate event. It can also be booked for standalone meetings, training, or presentations. These spaces feature wooden panelled walls with a large window, allowing natural daylight to come into the room, and two beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.

The Seminar Suite is a trio of interconnecting rooms that offer flexibility to accommodate your event requirements. Decorated in a contemporary style and conveniently fitted with dividing walls, it can accommodate up to 60 people in a theatre style lay out. The Seminar Suite can be used in combination or as a standalone room. It is suitable for hosting seminars, interviews, business meetings, workshops and training sessions. As it is opposite the Training suite, it can also serve as a complimentary catering, workshop area, or break out room.

This space can hot up to 25 people in a theatre style lay out. Catering in the form of tea, coffee and standing/sitting buffets can also be accommodated for in this room.

Located minutes way from Oxford Circus & Bond Street underground stations it is connected to all the major railway stations in London. There are over 15 function spaces including 3 state-of-the-art auditoriums the largest of which holds up to 300 people. There is a large glass roofed atrium perfect for events for up to 200 people. Plus other smaller meeting spaces. An award-winning in-house AV team are on hand a tall times as are the in-house kitchen and catering teams.
