It is a spacious room with the capacity to host up to 60 people, accommodating them with refreshments serves at the rear end of the room, amongst the Royal Society of Medicine's exhibition area. The AV technician booth is located in the centre of the room where dedicated technicians can operate and offer skilled technical support.
