What are the overnight hold charges and when are they required?
Overnight hold is charged when you need to keep equipment or setup in the space between event days. The Marlborough Theatre charges £1,140 VAT exempt for Day 1 and £1,550 VAT exempt per night for Days 2-4. Other spaces may have different overnight rates, and this is essential for multi-day events or when setup/breakdown extends beyond standard hours.
What are the standard operating hours and additional hour charges?
Standard session times are typically 8am to 5pm for daytime events, with evening events running 6pm to 10pm or midnight depending on the space. Additional hours cost £300 VAT exempt per hour. How far in advance should I book and what is the booking process?
