Carmel Fitzrovia can be hired for film and photography purposes. Our Green Room is bathed in natural light and can be sectioned off from the rest of the space by way of bi-fold concertina doors. The main dining room is much darker and perfect for moodily-lit, atmospheric shooting. There is an open-plan kitchen to the front, making it an ideal space for filming purposes where working chefs need to be part of the action. An abundance of storage space throughout the premises, as well as being generously proportioned in terms of size, makes the premises perfectly configured for filming.

The Maynard Theatre is an airy, modern conference space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is fully accessible with 2 lifts and is located on the lower ground floor. 

The Maynard Foyer has its own registration area, 2 55" screens and is perfect for catering, networking and drinks receptions. The foyer can be made completely private by hiring the three additional breakouts on the same floor.

The space is equipped with hybrid technology, a lectern, fixed microphones. LCD projector, screen, and comfort monitor. The theatre can hold a maximum of 140 Theatre or 81 Cabaret.
