Room hire rates vary by space: The Green House costs £1,800-£2,300 VAT exempt per day, The Edwards Room costs £2,250 VAT exempt, The Marlborough Theatre costs £1,700-£2,300 VAT exempt per day depending on the day of the week, and the Orangery & Courtyard costs £3,800 VAT exempt. Additional hours are charged at £300 VAT exempt per hour.

All event spaces have mandatory minimum catering spends: The Green House requires £1,500 plus VAT minimum spend, The Marlborough Theatre requires £3,000 plus VAT per day, and the Orangery & Courtyard requires £3,700 plus VAT. These minimums must be met regardless of actual guest numbers.

Capacity varies significantly by space and layout: The Green House accommodates up to 140 standing or 60 formal dining, The Marlborough Theatre holds up to 60 theatre style or 45 cabaret with a 30-person minimum, and the Orangery & Courtyard can accommodate up to 280 standing or 120 formal dining. The venue can accommodate up to 400 standing or 280 seated when using the full Burdett Suite.

Standard AV equipment includes PA system with bluetooth connection, roving microphones (1-2 depending on space), fixed digital branding screens (2 per room), staging if required, LED multicolour lighting, and 500MB wifi. Some rooms also include lecterns with computers, comfort monitors, and infrared induction loops.

Standard session times run 8am to 5pm for meetings and 6pm to midnight for evening events. Additional hours beyond standard times are charged at £300 VAT exempt per hour, and overnight holds are available ranging from £500-£1,550 VAT exempt per night depending on the space.

Daytime catering packages start at £62.40 per person (minimum 40 people) including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, two-course buffet lunch, afternoon break, and water throughout. Evening packages include canapes at £25 per person plus VAT, wine at £28 per bottle plus VAT, and formal meals starting around £78 per person including wine.

The Green House has a ceiling height of approximately 4 metres, which means 6-metre high LED structures will not fit in the space. The venue can accommodate DJ booths, live bands, and staging, with separate areas available for seated service and standing reception within the same room.

Viewings are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. The venue does not automatically hold spaces during the enquiry process, so clients must specifically request to place spaces on hold. All pricing is subject to future changes and quotes are not final invoices until confirmed.

Limited discounts may be available for multiple room bookings. For example, a 20% discount was offered on The Green House room hire when booking alongside The Edwards Room, reducing the rate from £1,850 to £1,480 VAT exempt, though The Edwards Room remained at full price of £2,250 VAT exempt.

Wedding packages start from £8,500-£8,700 plus VAT and include exclusive venue hire for the day, dedicated event managers, and access to the Orangery and Courtyard spaces. The venue offers a blank canvas approach where couples can customize their wedding, and the same event manager typically handles the booking from initial enquiry through to the wedding day.
