What's the booking process and how long are quotes held?
After receiving a proposal, the venue follows up within 5 working days if no response is received. Quotes are valid at the time of enquiry and may be subject to future price changes, so it's recommended to place spaces on hold quickly as they get booked up.
Are there any restrictions on DJ equipment or entertainment setup?
The space can accommodate DJ booths and live bands, with separate areas available for seated service (up to 60 people) and standing service with entertainment. The venue has LED multicolour lighting and a PA system with bluetooth connection included.
What happens if my preferred date isn't available?
If your specific date isn't available, the venue team will suggest alternative dates or recommend other suitable spaces within the venue. They may also offer to find you an alternative venue entirely if no suitable options are available at No.11 Cavendish Square.
