Burdett Suite
The Burdett Suite is ideal for grand-scale celebrations, weddings and events. Perfect for an Awards Ceremony with built in spotlights and 3 large screens or dinner with atmospheric LED lighting that can be set to match any brand, the Burdett Suite offers a private area for guests to celebrate in style with an optional private entrance. The Burdett Suite comprises of the Burdett, the Burdett Lobby, the Orangery, Courtyard and two green rooms. The courtyard is enclosed by a magnificent living wall popping with colour from April to October. The space can hold 400 standing or 280 seated.

The Orangery offers a modern conservatory bathed in natural light with a magnificent glass vaulted ceiling, complemented by a delicate aroma from the private Courtyard, that can hold up to 120 for a standing reception. The spacious, open-plan room provides a stunning setting for wedding ceremonies for up to 160, wedding breakfasts for up to 144 and wedding receptions for up to 300. The Orangery and Courtyard can be used in conjunction with various other rooms on your wedding day offering grand refinement to bohemian chic, effortlessly styled to any couple’s wishes.

The President's room is located in the Georgian townhouse and has an array of historic features including a marble fireplace, decorative cornicing, impressive chandeliers and a splendid oak table. The stunning views with acoustic glazing over Cavendish Square offer an elegant setting for meetings, product launches or more intimate events. The space can host up to 24 for a boardroom meeting/round table or 22 for private dining and comes with a 96" portable screen with streaming capabilities. The Presidents room can be booked as a suite offering a separate catering space.

The space comes equipped with intelligent LED lighting perfect for branding your event, light settings that create the perfect ambiance every evening event is looking for and a regal red carpet that bestows an opulent feel on the space. The space also boasts a private cloakroom and can host up to 100 for private dining or 120 reception.

The Maynard Theatre is an airy, modern conference space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is fully accessible with 2 lifts and is located on the lower ground floor. The Maynard Foyer has its own registration area, 2 55" screens and is perfect for catering, networking and drinks receptions. The foyer can be made completely private by hiring the three additional breakouts on the same floor. The space is equipped with hybrid technology, a lectern, fixed microphones. LCD projector, screen, and comfort monitor. The theatre can hold a maximum of 140 Theatre or 81 Cabaret.

The Green House is located on the ground floor next to main reception, which exudes style and a sense of occasion. Contemporary in style, it features a beautiful, natural wood and Corian champagne bar along with LED lighting to match the company brand, planting throughout and state of the art AV. The Green House captures the essence of the original building whilst complimenting our exiting ground floor banqueting and reception spaces. The Green House is a beautiful bright space perfect for private dining up to 80 whilst also offering space for drinks beforehand.

The Chris Ham room is located in the Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse part of the venue and is an airy, bright functional space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The room is located on the ground floor, is fully accessible, is completely private and has built in catering stations overlooking Cavendish Square. The room is also equipped with an inbuilt fixed 65" LED monitor, soundbar and a magnetic wall. The Chris Ham room is perfect for an intimate board room meeting, training day or round table discussion.

The rooms original purpose was a traditional library and research resource before being revamped into a stunning space perfect for private dining. The Garden room has 3 different spaces, lending itself perfectly for a drinks reception before sitting down to a beautiful meal. The Garden room can sit up to 40 for a private dinner.

No.11 Cavendish Square is London`s most central venue and is Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, combining original features with exquisite contemporary design.
The venue houses 20 beautiful and varied event spaces that are suitable for a host of different types and styles of events such at large scale conferences, receptions, parties, round tables, product launches and more.
All event spaces have the ability to host hybrid events if required, we have an excellent AV team that can assist with the simplist of requests or design a fully integrated AV plan for the more complicated briefs.
