The Maynard Theatre is an airy, modern conference space with air conditioning and is pillar free. The space is fully accessible with 2 lifts and is located on the lower ground floor.

The Maynard Foyer has its own registration area, 2 55" screens and is perfect for catering, networking and drinks receptions. The foyer can be made completely private by hiring the three additional breakouts on the same floor.

The space is equipped with hybrid technology, a lectern, fixed microphones. LCD projector, screen, and comfort monitor. The theatre can hold a maximum of 140 Theatre or 81 Cabaret.

The Marlborough Theatre costs £2,300 VAT exempt per day for days 2-4 and £1,700 VAT exempt per day for days 1 and 5, with sessions running 8am to 5pm. The Edwards Room costs £2,250 VAT exempt per day. Additional hours are charged at £300 VAT exempt per hour.

The Marlborough Theatre requires a minimum catering spend of £3,000 plus VAT per day with a minimum of 30 people.
