What is the room hire cost for the Pop-up space and are there any minimum spend requirements?
The Pop-up space has a room hire fee of £1,000 including VAT with a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT (exclusive of 10% service charge). The minimum spend gives you flexibility to build your own package but the actual cost may be higher depending on your requirements.
What is the maximum capacity for the Pop-up space and what layouts are available?
Based on the venue's meeting room capacities, the Pop-up space can accommodate various layouts for different group sizes. The venue offers 15 elegantly designed meeting rooms with spaces for up to 370 guests across all rooms, with individual room capacities varying by setup requirements.
Is security mandatory for events and what are the costs?
Yes, security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For events with 50-100 guests, one security officer is required, meaning a minimum cost of £180 for security services.
What AV equipment is included and are there additional charges for technical packages?
The Pop-up space includes standard AV equipment such as LCD projector, screen, and Wi-Fi connection. For more comprehensive setups, screening packages start at £2,200 inclusive of VAT, and Q&A packages are available for £650 inclusive of VAT.
How far in advance do I need to book and what is the hold policy?
Quotes are offered on a joint option basis (first-come-first-serve) and are not automatically held. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. You must confirm at your earliest convenience to secure the booking.
What are the Day Delegate Rate packages and what do they include?
Day Delegate Rates start at £120 per person per day with minimum chargeable numbers of 90 attendees. The package includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water, room hire, stationery box, dedicated event coordination, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Are there additional charges beyond the room hire and minimum spend?
Yes, there is a 10% service charge on all Food & Beverage spend (not included in the minimum spend calculation). Security is mandatory for events over 50 guests at £30 per hour minimum 6 hours. All rates are subject to the hotel's Terms & Conditions.
What catering options are available and can dietary requirements be accommodated?
The venue offers flexible catering from the minimum F&B spend, including options for halal catering, alcohol-free events, and various dietary requirements. Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with minimum 100 attendees, including prosecco, three-course dinner, wine, and decorations.
What are the setup and access times for events?
Event timings vary by booking, with some events requiring access from early morning (8:00 AM) through to midnight. Setup times can be arranged from 18:30 onwards for evening events, with access typically available 4 hours before event start for larger productions.
Are breakout rooms available and what are the costs?
Yes, breakout rooms are available with Private Suites 1, 2, and 3 each available for £2,000 inclusive of VAT. The Day Delegate Rate programme includes complimentary breakout rooms as part of the package for qualifying bookings.
