The Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 40 guests for seated dining events. This intimate space is ideal for private dinners, corporate meetings, and exclusive gatherings requiring a more personal setting.

What are the standard event timings and access arrangements?

Events typically run from 18:30 to 00:00, with access available from 18:30 onwards. The venue can accommodate various timing requirements, and you should specify your preferred start and end times when making your booking inquiry.

Is there a dedicated foyer or reception area adjacent to the Private Dining Room?

Yes, the Private Dining Room features a dedicated Mezzanine foyer area adjacent to the suite. This space is ideal for networking lunches, pre-dinner cocktails, or arrival drinks before moving into the main dining area.

What audio-visual equipment is included with the Private Dining Room?

The Private Dining Room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, LCD projector, screen, PA system, and premium sound system. Additional AV requirements can be arranged through the venue's technical team.

What catering options are available and can menus be customized?

The venue offers bespoke catering options tailored to suit your preferences, including three-course dinners and sharing-style menus. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated, including halal catering options, and alcohol-free events can be arranged with customized mocktail menus.

How far in advance do I need to book and what is the booking process?

Bookings are offered on a joint option basis (first-come-first-serve) and spaces are not automatically held. You must inform the venue immediately if you want to place a provisional hold on your booking, and rates are typically valid for 5 working days from quotation.

Are there any mandatory additional charges I should budget for?

Yes, there is a mandatory 10% service charge on all Food & Beverage spend, which is exclusive of the minimum spend requirement. All rates quoted include VAT unless otherwise specified, and additional security may be required for larger events.
