Named after the one - time family owners of the May Fair Hotel - Hollywood impresarios, the Danziger brothers. This is a space that whisks guests back to an era of elegant, imaginative style and yet is grounded in its practical use, with easily installed flexible stage for weddings.

Adjacent to The Atrium and in close proximity to private suite 1 to 11 planners can use the Mezzanine level as truly flexible and contained event space.




Frequently asked questions

The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT (exclusive of 10% service charge). The Crystal Room has a room hire of £2,000 with a Food and Beverage spend of £13,500 inclusive of VAT. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build your own package but actual costs may be higher depending on requirements.

The Private Dining Room accommodates up to 40 guests for seated dining. The Crystal Ballroom can host up to 230 guests in theatre setup or accommodate large dinner events. The May Fair Theatre seats over 200 people and is suitable for wedding ceremonies or receptions requiring presentation capabilities.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For 50-100 guests, 1 security officer is required. This policy applies to all wedding events exceeding 50 attendees and costs are additional to venue hire and catering.

Meeting rooms include free WiFi, LCD projectors, screens, PA systems, air conditioning, blackout capabilities, and dimmer lighting. The May Fair Theatre offers an 8m screen and PA system. The Screening Package costs £2,200 inclusive of VAT, and Q&A Package costs £650 inclusive of VAT for enhanced technical setups.

Initial quotes are offered as 'joint options' meaning the space is available on a first-come-first-serve basis to multiple clients. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. Clients must request a provisional hold to secure dates in the booking system.

Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT (minimum 100 attendees) including prosecco on arrival, three-course dinner, half bottle of house wine, water, coffee, mince pies, and decorations. Day Delegate Rates start at £120 per person per day including extensive coffee breaks, buffet lunch, and meeting room hire.

A 10% service charge applies to all Food & Beverage purchases and is exclusive of the minimum spend requirements. Some quotes mention 12.5% service charge, so this may vary by package type. All room hire fees and minimum spends are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

The venue offers multiple spaces including the Crystal Ballroom, Private Dining Room, and May Fair Theatre. The Danziger Suite features a flexible stage suitable for weddings and is adjacent to The Atrium. The Mezzanine level can be used as flexible event space, allowing planners to utilize multiple areas for different parts of the celebration.

Access times vary by event type and space. The May Fair Theatre offers access from 18:30 onwards for evening events. Some packages allow access 4 hours before event start for setup. Specific access arrangements should be confirmed during booking as they may depend on the chosen spaces and event requirements.

The venue operates Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 for office hours, though events can run outside these times.
