The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage. The Crystal Room has a room hire of £2,000 with a Food and Beverage spend of £13,500 inclusive VAT. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build your own package but actual costs may be higher depending on requirements.

The May Fair Theatre seats over 200 people and has a maximum capacity of 201 guests. The Crystal Ballroom accommodates 230 guests in theatre setup. The Private Dining Room is suitable for smaller groups of around 40 guests. The Atrium serves as an excellent breakout area and cocktail space adjacent to the main meeting rooms.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For 50-100 guests, 1 security officer is required. This is a hotel policy that applies to all events and must be factored into your budget.

The May Fair Theatre offers a Screening Package at £2,200 inclusive of VAT and a Q&A Package at £650 inclusive of VAT. All meeting rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, and the Atrium features a PA system. Detailed AV specifications are available in the venue's AV brochure for planning technical requirements.

Day Delegate Rates start at £120 per person per day with minimum chargeable numbers of 90 attendees. The package includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water during meetings and breaks, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the meeting areas.

Quotes are offered on a 'joint option' basis meaning spaces are offered first-come-first-serve to multiple clients on the same dates. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. Spaces are not automatically held and you must specifically request a provisional hold to secure your booking.

The venue offers flexible catering from canapés and bowl food to three-course seated meals. Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT (minimum 100 guests) including prosecco on arrival, three-course dinner, half bottle of house wine, water, coffee and mince pies. All catering is subject to 10% service charge on Food & Beverage.

Events typically run during standard business hours with access available from 18:30 onwards for evening events. The venue can accommodate events from early morning (8:00 AM) through to midnight. Setup time and access requirements should be discussed when booking as they may affect room hire costs and availability.

The venue accommodates various corporate events including conferences, product launches, networking events, and private dining. Filming requires completion of a pre-approval form. The venue has redesigned spaces including the Danziger Suite for large dinners and conferences, and the Crystal Ballroom for various event formats.

Beyond room hire and minimum F&B spend, budget for mandatory 10% service charge on all Food & Beverage, security costs (£30/hour minimum 6 hours for 50+ guests), any additional AV requirements beyond basic packages, and potential setup/breakdown time charges. VAT is included in quoted room hire rates but service charges are additional.
