The Crystal Room has a room hire fee of £2,000 with a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £13,500 inclusive of VAT. The Private Dining Room costs £1,000 room hire with a £4,000 minimum Food & Beverage spend including VAT, both exclusive of 10% service charge on Food & Beverage.

The Crystal Room can accommodate up to 180 guests for weddings, dancing and dinner. The Private Dining Room is suitable for smaller intimate celebrations of up to 40 guests. The Crystal Ballroom has a capacity of 230 guests in theatre setup.

The Crystal Room includes 2 x 4-meter compact screens, 2 x NEC 7500 lumen projectors, 5700w sound system with Bose speakers, HDMI connections, VGA, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional AV packages are available - screening packages cost £2,200 inclusive of VAT and Q&A packages cost £650 inclusive of VAT.

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. For 50-100 guests, 1 security officer is required. This adds £180 minimum to your total costs.

Initial quotes are offered as 'joint options' meaning spaces are offered to multiple clients on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are valid for 5 working days only, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. Provisional holds can be placed to secure dates.

Access times vary by event requirements. Some quotes show access from 18:30 onwards for evening events. For events requiring significant setup, early access from midday can be arranged. The venue can accommodate events running from morning until midnight.

The Crystal Room comes with black linen and centrepiece decorations included in Christmas packages. The venue has recently redesigned many spaces including the Crystal Ballroom. External vendor approval processes may apply, though specific restrictions are not detailed in available information.
