The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and requires a minimum food & beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge on food & beverage. The minimum spend gives you flexibility to build your own tailor-made package but the actual spend could be higher depending on your requirements.

What is the maximum capacity for the Private Dining Room and what setup options are available?

The Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 40 guests for dining events. The space is specifically designed for private dining experiences and intimate gatherings.

What are the event timing restrictions and access arrangements for dining events?

Events typically run from 18:30 to midnight (00:00). Access arrangements and specific timing requirements should be confirmed when booking, as these may vary depending on your event needs.

Are there any mandatory additional costs beyond the room hire and minimum spend?

A 10% service charge applies to all food & beverage consumption and is exclusive of the minimum spend requirement. For events over 50 guests, security is mandatory at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement, though this may not apply to the Private Dining Room's 40-person capacity.

What catering options are available and can special dietary requirements be accommodated?

Quotes are initially provided as joint options (not on hold) on a first-come-first-serve basis. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which the hotel reserves the right to re-quote. You should confirm your booking requirements promptly to secure your preferred date.

Christmas packages are available at £145 per person inclusive of VAT with minimum chargeable numbers of 100 attendees. The package includes prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine, water, coffee and mince pies, black linen, centrepiece decorations, and May Fair Christmas crackers.
