Garden events must end by 22:00 but can continue in the Garden Room until 23:00. Garden & Garden Room bookings are only available from 6:30pm-11pm for certain event sizes. Provisional bookings expire if not confirmed by specific dates - typically 10-14 days from initial quote. For example, enquiries must be confirmed by dates like "25th June" or "25th July" or they will be released from the system. Site visits can be arranged during the provisional hold period.
