Enquiries have specific expiration dates in their system - typically clients must confirm booking interest by dates like 25th June or 25th July, after which the enquiry expires and availability is released. The venue experiences high enquiry volumes with response times of 1-2 days, so early confirmation is essential to secure preferred dates.

The venue is fully accessible, though the 3rd floor (where Bevan Suite and Harvey room are located) requires use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor. The wheelchair lift has weight limitations that may not accommodate some electric wheelchairs, so advance notice of wheelchair users is required. Ground floor rooms like Tudor Hart and Anderson avoid lift requirements.
