Capacities vary significantly by space and setup: Tudor Hart Room accommodates 14 boardroom style, Anderson Room holds 22 boardroom, Bevan Suite fits 150 theatre/77 cabaret, Great Hall accommodates 294 theatre/160 cabaret, and Garden & Garden Room combination allows maximum 90 guests. The venue can accommodate events from 20 to 300 people depending on space selection and layout requirements.

External catering is not permitted due to an exclusive contract with in-house caterers. All food and beverage must be provided by BMA House's catering team. The venue offers various packages including evening dinner packages, summer party packages, fine dining set menus, and Day Delegate Rates that include comprehensive catering options.

Garden events must close at 22:00 but can continue in the Garden Room until 23:00. Garden & Garden Room bookings are only available from 6:30pm-11pm for certain event sizes. Wedding packages typically run 14:00-23:30 with earlier supplier access. Most day events operate 9am-5pm, though specific timing restrictions may apply depending on the space and event type.

Enquiries typically expire if not confirmed by specific deadlines, with examples showing 25th June and 25th July expiration dates mentioned in correspondence. The venue experiences high demand and enquiries are released from the system if clients don't respond within the specified timeframe. It's important to confirm bookings promptly to secure your preferred date.

Most rooms include data projector, screen, flipchart, and PA system with technical support for setup. The Great Hall offers extensive AV including high-powered Barco projector, 24-channel mixing desk, multiple microphones (up to 9 top table, 6 lapel, 6 handheld), lectern with microphone, stage lighting, and full-day technical support. Additional technician support may be required for complex events at £450+VAT per day.

The venue aims to respond within 1-2 days due to high enquiry volumes. They are experiencing exceptionally high demand and request patience during busy periods. Site visits can be arranged, and the team will work with you to put together proposals once they have your event requirements including layout, catering needs, timings, and AV requirements.

The 3rd floor is wheelchair accessible but requires use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor to access rooms like Bevan Suite and Harvey Room. The wheelchair lift has weight limits that may be unsuitable for electric wheelchairs, so details of wheelchair users must be provided in advance. Ground floor spaces like Tudor Hart Room, Anderson Room, and Garden areas offer direct access.

For 50 guests, wedding packages include venue hire at £6,600 (14:00-23:30 with earlier supplier access), dedicated wedding planner and operations team, security and staff, Chiavari chairs, tables, linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The Lavender Package costs £170 per person (minimum 40) and includes welcome prosecco, canapés, three-course wedding breakfast, wine, toast drink, and evening food truck in the Courtyard.

Christmas packages start from £95+VAT per person and include 2 pre-dinner drinks (mulled wine or sparkling) with crisps, three-course seated meal, ½ bottle house wine and water, tea/coffee and petit fours, plus uplighters, games, poseur tables, PA and festive background music. Room hire varies by space, with Great Hall at £5,520+VAT and Snow Room at £2,700+VAT for evening events (6:30pm-11:30pm).
