The Great Hall offers extensive AV including high-powered Barco projector, 24-channel mixing desk, up to 9 microphones, LCD monitors, staging, lighting, and full-day technical support. Enquiries are typically held for a limited time before expiring from the venue's booking system. Clients are usually given specific deadlines (such as "please let me know if you are interested in booking by the 25th June, after this time your enquiry will expire") to confirm their booking or the space will be released for other potential bookings.

The venue aims to respond to enquiries within 1-2 days, though they note experiencing high volumes of enquiries which may affect response times. They send automatic acknowledgment emails upon receiving enquiries and venue managers follow up with detailed proposals once they have sufficient event details from clients.

The 3rd floor spaces (Bevan Suite, Harvey Room) are wheelchair accessible but require use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor to access the rooms. The wheelchair lift has weight limitations that may be unsuitable for electric wheelchairs, so details of any wheelchair users must be provided in advance for proper accommodation planning.

To prepare accurate proposals, the venue requires: preferred dates, number of attendees, event timings, seating style preferences (theatre, cabaret, boardroom), catering requirements, AV needs, and event layout preferences. Without these details, venue managers will request additional information before providing comprehensive quotes and availability confirmation.

BMA House offers hybrid event packages starting from £1,700+VAT depending on requirements and complexity. Filming packages start from £900+VAT and the venue has invested in hybrid equipment to support virtual attendees. The Great Hall includes comfort monitors, seamless switching capabilities, and full technical support for hybrid events.

Events can run beyond standard hours with some restrictions. Garden spaces close at 22:00 but indoor spaces can continue until 23:00. Registered charities may receive discounted rates - Day Delegate packages can be reduced from £95+VAT to £90+VAT per person for charitable organizations. The venue also offers percentage discounts on room hire for certain events, with some quotes showing 20% reductions on standard room hire rates for qualifying bookings.
