The Lister Fleming Suite combines the Joseph Lister & Alexander Fleming rooms into a versatile space that's ideal for medium sized business meetings. It can also be used for standing buffets and receptions.

Room hire varies by space: Tudor Hart room costs £660+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £250+VAT for lunch, while Anderson Room accommodates up to 22 boardroom style. Day Delegate Rates start from £90-95+VAT per person with minimum numbers typically 40-70 depending on the room. All rooms include data projector, screen, flipchart, and PA system in the hire cost.

External catering is not permitted due to exclusive contracts with in-house caterers. The venue has a minimum catering spend of £3,500+VAT plus room hire for larger events. However, you can discuss specific dietary requirements and menu customization with their catering team.

Tudor Hart room accommodates up to 14 boardroom style, Anderson Room seats 22 boardroom maximum, while larger spaces like Bevan Suite hold 150 theatre/77 cabaret. The Garden and Garden Room combination is limited to 90 guests maximum. Capacity determines which spaces are available and affects minimum spend requirements.

Enquiries typically expire in the venue's system after specific dates - for example, bookings must be confirmed by 25th June or 25th July depending on the event date. The venue experiences high demand and requires prompt responses, usually within 1-2 days for initial enquiries.

Standard room hire includes data projector, screen, flipchart, pens, PA system and technical support for setup. Additional AV like 55" plasma screens or 2.5m x 1.5m pop-up screens are available. Events requiring heavy AV content or more than 4 lapel microphones need a second technician at £450+VAT per day.

The Garden closes at 22:00 but events can continue in the Garden Room until 23:00. Some spaces like Garden and Garden Room can only be booked from 6:30pm-11pm for certain event sizes. Setup access varies - some events get access from 4pm, while others may need half-day or full-day setup arrangements.

The 3rd floor is wheelchair accessible but requires use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor to access rooms. The wheelchair lift has weight limits that are sometimes unsuitable for electric wheelchairs, so details of any wheelchair users must be provided in advance for assessment.

Business meeting rooms are spread across multiple floors: Tudor Hart and Anderson rooms are on ground floor, while Bevan Suite and Harvey Room are on the 3rd floor. The Great Hall is on the 1st floor. Floor location affects accessibility and may influence room selection for your event.

The venue offers hybrid packages starting from £1,700+VAT depending on requirements and complexity. Filming packages start from £900+VAT. They have ongoing investment in hybrid equipment and can accommodate live streaming requirements, though specific technical needs should be discussed during booking.

Registered charities can receive discounted Day Delegate Rates - for example, £90+VAT per person instead of the standard £95+VAT. The venue also offers percentage discounts on room hire for certain bookings, such as 20% discounts mentioned in some quotes for breakout rooms.
