The James Simpson room is a purpose-built meeting room on the third floor. It comes stocked with the latest AV technology and is ideal for small boardroom meetings. It can also be used in conjunction with the Harvey Room to offer a fantastic breakout space.

The Tudor Hart room accommodates up to 14 boardroom style, Anderson room holds maximum 22 boardroom, and the Bevan Suite can accommodate 150 theatre style or 77 cabaret. The venue can accommodate between 20 and 300 people across various spaces depending on your requirements.

No, external catering is not permitted due to the venue's exclusive contract with their caterers. All catering must be provided by BMA House's in-house catering team with minimum spend requirements applying.

The Day Delegate Rate is £95+VAT per person and includes meeting room hire (9am-5pm), separate catering room, arrival refreshments, mid-morning tea/coffee, 2-course hot fork buffet lunch, bottled water throughout the day, afternoon refreshments, AV technician support, and event planner throughout. Minimum numbers of 70 apply.
