The Edward Jenner room is a purpose-built meeting room on the third floor. It comes stocked with the latest AV technology and is ideal for small boardroom meetings. It can also be used in conjunction with the Harvey Room to offer a fantastic breakout space.

The Tudor Hart room (14 boardroom capacity) costs £660+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £250+VAT for lunch. The Anderson room (22 boardroom capacity) includes data projector, screen, flipchart, and PA system in the hire cost. All room hire prices include basic AV equipment and technical support for setup.

The Tudor Hart room accommodates up to 14 people boardroom style, while the Anderson room holds maximum 22 boardroom style. The Bevan Suite can accommodate 150 theatre style or 77 cabaret, and various other rooms range from 14 to 300 capacity depending on layout requirements.

Room hire includes data projector, screen, flipchart and pens, PA system, and technical support for setup. The Great Hall offers extensive AV including high-powered Barco projector, 24-channel mixing desk, up to 9 microphones, LCD monitors, laptop connections via HDMI or USB-C, and full-day technical support.

DDR packages start from £90+VAT per person (discounted for charities) up to £95+VAT per person. This includes meeting room hire (9am-5pm), separate catering room, arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, 2-course hot fork buffet lunch, afternoon refreshments, AV support, and event planner throughout with minimum numbers typically 70-120 depending on room.

No, external catering is not permitted due to exclusive contracts with in-house caterers. All catering must be provided by BMA House, with minimum catering spends ranging from £250+VAT for small meetings to £3,500+VAT for larger events.

Enquiries expire in the system if not confirmed by specific dates, typically within 1-2 weeks of the initial quote. For example, enquiries must be confirmed by dates like "25th June" or "25th July" or the booking will be released from their system.

The venue is fully accessible, though the 3rd floor requires use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor to access rooms. The wheelchair lift has weight limitations that may be unsuitable for electric wheelchairs, so details of wheelchair users must be provided in advance.

Standard business events typically run 9am-5pm with 8am access available for setup. The Garden area closes at 22:00 but indoor spaces can continue until 23:00. Events requiring setup from 4pm onwards may have different availability and pricing structures.

Initial enquiry responses are provided within 1-2 days due to high enquiry volumes. The venue is experiencing exceptionally high demand, so patience is requested during busy periods while they work to respond promptly to all requests.
