BMA House

Opened in 2018 by Queen Elizabeth II, the Ashworth Centre is a purpose-built event space set beneath the Great Hall, expertly designed to allow natural daylight to flood the suite through generous skylights. The stylish double-height lecture theatre with retractable seating for up to 158 delegates features integrated audio-visual. Ten meeting rooms split across two floors may be booked individually for smaller meetings for up to 16 boardroom or 25 theatre, or the partition walls can be withdrawn allowing flexible multi-room formats for breakout spaces or refreshments.

Located on the second floor, the Council Room features Edwardian styled antique oak panelling and an ornate plaster ceiling. One of our larger rooms, the Council room is a flexible space and can be arranged in a variety of layouts. It is also a popular room for Drinks Receptions, Dinners, Meetings, Lectures and Workshops. A registration table and a coat rail are available outside the room.

Luna Room is a bright and flexible event space. Spacious enough for up to 100 people and with it's own satellite kitchen area. The room is perfect for larger workshops, co-creation and conferences. All of our rooms are flexible in layout, and come fully equipped with professional technology, stationary and equipment bespoke to your needs. We are told that our people and how we do things really impacts outcomes; we look for reasons to say 'yes' and understand that small details make a big difference. Our meeting space experts will work with you to ensure your day runs like clockwork.

With floor to ceiling windows, The Court Room provides a perfect setting for meetings and workshops for up to 60 delegates. The space can also be used as a breakout or catering room when hosting a conference in The Great Hall.
