Icetank can accommodate up to 120 guests for standing receptions, 50 guests for seated theatre-style presentations, 30 guests in cabaret layout, and 25 guests in boardroom layout. The venue operates on exclusive hire only, giving you complete privacy for your business event.

Pricing varies based on total access time required, including setup and breakdown. The venue offers 11-hour full-day hire or 5-hour half-day hire (morning or afternoon sessions only, not mid-day). Access is available from 6am to midnight, with all quotes being bespoke depending on your specific requirements.

All hire includes HD projector, 82-inch 4K Smart TV, PA sound system with built-in speakers, microphone (lapel or handheld), customisable RGB lighting throughout the space, high-speed Wi-Fi (320 Mbps download/260 Mbps upload), and a dedicated venue technician on-site. Additional 65-inch TVs are available as upgrades.

Icetank operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not hold dates without payment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 5 weeks prior to the event date.

You can bring your own caterers, but there is a non-preferred supplier fee. The venue has two kitchens available - a demo kitchen on the ground floor and a catering kitchen on the lower ground floor. Alternatively, they can arrange catering through their preferred suppliers.

The venue is highly flexible for branding - you can add signage, decorations, or wall branding to suit your brief. The large shopfront windows can be vinyled for custom branding, and they have a trusted supplier (KGK Genix) who can assist with this. You can also utilise the white interior for a minimal, clean look.

Included furniture comprises bistro tables, RGB light-up poseur tables, bar stools, trestle tables, square poseur tables, cube benches, white fold-out chairs, and a lectern. Additional or bespoke furniture can be hired at extra cost, which they can arrange through their preferred suppliers.

There is no specific curfew mentioned for business events during daytime hours. However, if your event extends into the evening, there is a strict 11pm curfew for guest departure, with all staff and suppliers required to vacate by midnight. Security personnel are provided for events after 6pm where required.

Icetank spans 1,841 sq ft across ground and lower ground floors in Covent Garden, featuring street-level access, large floor-to-ceiling windows, blackout electric blinds, a large infinity cove ideal for presentations, and a vast skylight. It's positioned along a vital pedestrian route linking Covent Garden with the British Museum, with parking available at APCOA just behind the building.
