City Garden is a contemporary space with unique views and a beautiful botanic backdrop, the perfect location for private dinner events. The space can hold up to 150 guests on round tables or 100 on one long table set up. For larger dinner events we can offer the beautiful Fenchurch Terrace on level 37 for arrival drinks reception, before guests move down to City Garden on level 36 for the dinner service.

The City Garden venue hire is £15,000 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £12,000 + VAT that must be met. For larger events requiring full venue exclusive hire, the cost is £47,500 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £35,000 + VAT.

The City Garden can accommodate up to 150 guests on round tables or 100 guests on one long table setup. There is a minimum guest requirement of 60 people, and you will be charged for 60 guests even if fewer attend.
