Icetank offers an 11-hour full-day hire or a 5-hour half-day hire for film and photography productions. The 5-hour slot must be taken as a morning or afternoon session, not mid-day. Pricing varies based on access times required, including setup and de-rigging time, with quotes being bespoke depending on the specific shoot requirements.

The space features a large 5m x 3.5m infinity cove ideal for product displays and screenings, 3.65m ceiling height, and is fully air-conditioned. Technical equipment includes HD projector, PA sound system with built-in speakers, 82-inch 4K Smart TV, RGB uplights and LED spotlights that can be set to any color, and high-speed Wi-Fi (320 Mbps download/260 Mbps upload). A venue technician is provided on-site during shoots.

Icetank has two kitchens: a luxury demo kitchen on the ground floor perfect for food shoots or as a bar setting, and a catering kitchen on the lower ground floor. The demo kitchen can also be covered and used for product displays if not needed for cooking demonstrations during the shoot.

The venue offers street-level access with 6ft-wide access doors, making it easy to load equipment directly onto the set. Parking is available just behind the building at APCOA. Access can be arranged from as early as 6:00am to as late as midnight finish, with minimum hire being 5 hours.

Yes, Icetank is extremely flexible for customization. You can transform the venue with any branding, theme, installations, signage, decorations, or wall branding to suit your brief. The large floor-to-ceiling windows can be vinyled for custom branding, and they have a trusted supplier (KGK Genix) who can assist with this. Alternatively, you can utilize the white interior for a minimalistic look.

The space has blackout electric blinds for maximum privacy and lighting control, plus a vast skylight for natural light when needed. Technical lighting includes 12 RGB uplights on the ground floor, 16 RGB LED spotlights on the lower ground floor (all adjustable to any color), and 10 movable PARR-Cans with warm white lights.

You can book either the entire venue (both ground and lower ground floors) or just one floor depending on your requirements. This flexibility allows you to have a separate holding area for clients on one floor while using the other for the actual shoot set.

Included furniture comprises 6 adjustable height bistro tables, 3 RGB light-up poseur tables, 18 bar stools, 10 trestle tables, 6 square poseur tables, 2 three-seater cube benches, 50 white fold-out chairs, and a lectern. Additional or bespoke furniture can be hired at extra cost, which they can arrange through their preferred suppliers.

Icetank operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not hold dates. To secure a booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 5 weeks prior to the event date. All quotes are bespoke based on specified dates, duration, and access times.

The venue is accessible seven days a week with access possible from 6:00am to midnight. However, there is a guest departure curfew of 11:00pm, with all staff and suppliers required to vacate by midnight. The minimum hire period is 5 hours, which cannot be scheduled in the middle of the day.
