Located on the top floor of Rudolf Steiner House, a rare example of expressionist architecture in London, this is a beautiful and spacious room with a sunny feeling. Wooden panelled walls and abundant natural light add to its special atmosphere. The room lends itself to multiple uses and a lift is located 5 yards from the entry to the room for ease of access. There is a sprung floor and Bechstein grand piano, which makes it an ideal space for dance and movement. Screen and projector, chalkboard and flipchart are available on request. Wifi available.

Impact Dance studio is available for hire Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm. The studio is spacious, has a sprung Harlequin floor, mirrors and PA system. Making it perfect for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, castings and more. 


The studio dimensions are 12.8m x 8.1m.


There is a projector and screen ideal for conferences and private screenings. Up to 80 people can be seated for this type of booking. 


Other items available on-site include; chairs, tables, piano, and non-exclusive access to a newly fitted kitchen.

The Beatrice Webb Room can be used for a wedding ceremony up to 125 seated and is fully licensed. The room is lightly decorated with a small amount of art around the room and makes for the perfect back drop to the Mall/St James's Park.

Whether you prefer to be seated or standing, the Beatrice Webb Room boasts capacities of 100 for a wedding breakfast and 150 guests standing. With the light colour of the room, you can decorate as you please to make the room suitable for your perfect day.

Whenever the Beatrice Webb Room is hired, you immediately receive the Gallery space for drinks.
