The Orchard offers several pricing structures depending on your event type. For daytime events, packages start at £95+VAT per person with a minimum of 55 guests, including the Main Plenary Suite, catering, and AV equipment. Evening events have a £2,500+VAT room hire fee plus £25+VAT per person for canapés with a 100-guest minimum. Weekend events require a minimum spend of £7,500+VAT to cover building opening and staffing costs.

Minimum guest requirements vary by package: 55 guests for the £95+VAT full-day package, 100 guests for evening canapé events at £25+VAT per person, and 25 guests for certain catering packages at £95+VAT per person. The venue can accommodate up to 120 guests across various spaces, with the Main Plenary Suite being the primary dining area.

The Orchard offers comprehensive catering packages including arrival tea, coffee and juices, breakfast items (pastries, fruit, overnight oats, granola), gourmet sandwich and bistro salad lunches, and afternoon refreshments. Evening options include 5 canapés per guest at £25+VAT per person. All food is ethically sourced from sustainable and local suppliers, with accommodation for dietary preferences including vegetarian and other special requirements.

Several mandatory costs apply beyond base pricing. Security is required at £500+VAT for entire events. Club host reception costs £500+VAT for 3 hours. Exclusive venue hire adds £5,000+VAT. Evening events in March have a mandatory minimum spend of £8,000+VAT due to high demand and staffing requirements. Bar minimums of £1,250+VAT also apply to certain packages.

The venue does not normally open on weekends and requires a minimum spend of £7,500+VAT for weekend events to cover building opening and staffing costs. Standard daytime events typically run from 09:00-17:00, while evening events can run from 18:00-23:00 including setup and de-rig time.

All packages include 2x LED media screens, PA system, 2x handheld microphones, fast-speed Wi-Fi, lectern, and natural lighting. The venue provides events management and front-of-house teams. Additional digital signage is available in networking areas for £3,500+VAT.

Drinks packages include 1.5 hours of unlimited sparkling, white/red wine, beer and soft drinks at £55+VAT per person. The venue offers an extensive menu of expertly curated cocktails from sustainable suppliers. Bar minimum spends of £1,250+VAT apply to certain events, and club host reception services are available for £500+VAT for 3 hours.

The Main Plenary Suite is included in most packages with natural lighting and terrace access. Additional spaces include Greengage (catering suite/breakout space) at £1,250+VAT hire, and a Networking Lounge at £3,500+VAT which includes exhibition and catering areas with digital signage. Exclusive hire of the entire venue costs £5,000+VAT on top of other charges.

The venue requires booking confirmation by the end of the week prior to give the team sufficient time to organize event details. For events approaching quickly, immediate confirmation may be required, as indicated in follow-up communications about upcoming June events.
