Princess Alexandra Hall costs £2,500 + VAT room hire with £3,500 + VAT minimum catering spend for up to 80 guests on dining rounds. Hall of India & Pakistan costs £1,900 + VAT per day with £3,250 + VAT minimum catering spend for up to 120 guests on round tables. Garden exclusive hire requires £11,500 + VAT minimum spend total, or £12,000 minimum for garden hire including catering. All prices exclude the mandatory 12.5% service charge on food and beverage.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 80 guests on round tables with dance floor space, or 150 theatre style. Hall of India & Pakistan seats 120 guests on round tables or 150 standing reception style. Garden holds maximum 120 guests standing with access to Brabourne Room for weather contingency. All capacities include space for catering and service areas.

Princess Alexandra Hall access is typically 18:00-23:00 for dinner events. Garden access varies: 14:00-22:00 or 18:00-22:00 depending on booking. Hall of India & Pakistan offers 08:00-17:00 for day events or evening access for dinner parties. All spaces must be fully vacated by specified end times with no extensions available.

Princess Alexandra Hall has exceptional acoustics and welcomes live bands and DJs with integrated audio-visual system. Garden permits only jazz, classical, or acoustic background music in keeping with the clubhouse environment and neighbourhood requirements. Hall of India & Pakistan includes a timeless theatre-style bar area and can accommodate background music during events.

Standard dinner package costs £137 + VAT per person (minimum 60 guests) including arrival sparkling wine, three-course meal, half bottle house wine, port, cheese platter, and room hire 18:00-23:00. Christmas dinner package costs £139 + VAT per person (minimum 100 guests) with one-hour sparkling reception, unlimited drinks until 23:30, festive three-course menu, decorations, DJ and dance floor included.

Dry hire is not available at Six Park Place due to limited kitchen facilities for external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services. The venue has dedicated catering staff and offers comprehensive menu options from working lunches to formal dinners, with all food and beverage provided exclusively by Six Park Place.

A signed contract plus 100% deposit of room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contract and invoicing plus relevant billing address. No booking is confirmed until both signed contract and full deposit are received.

A mandatory 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoice). Piano hire costs £200 + VAT plus tuning if required. Entertainment like pianists start from £250 for background music or £300 for performance sets. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at 20%.

Princess Alexandra Hall includes integrated audio-visual system, stage, screen, projector, PA sound system, microphone, and lectern. Hall of India & Pakistan provides sound system, microphone, and lectern. Garden has no built-in AV but can accommodate external equipment. All spaces include manned cloakroom and dedicated events team support.

Garden exclusive hire requires Director General approval and £11,500 + VAT minimum spend. Garden accommodates 120 guests standing with grill, pizza oven, lounge areas and parasols. Weather contingency is Hall of India & Pakistan for 80-120 standing guests. Music restricted to jazz, classical or acoustic only, and all suppliers must be pre-approved by the events team.
