Our largest space, Venue 1 can accommodate up to 450 people for a standing reception. It is ideal for dinner parties, awards ceremonies and conferences.

It is a spacious venue with a dedicated entrance and licenced bar, an elevated stage, interchangeable black and white panels. It has been furnished with quality built-in audio-visual equipment and a central lighting rig that can be used to create the perfect atmosphere for your event.




Frequently asked questions

The Day Delegate Package costs £64.00 per person (£71.50 including VAT) with a minimum of 80 delegates. It includes dedicated pre-event and on-site coordinator, room hire for the main meeting room, full day beverage service (three servings of coffee, tea, water and biscuits), working lunch with sandwiches, 3 hot items, fruit and sweet treat, afternoon snack selection, LCD/projector, screen, flipchart & pens, free Wi-Fi access, and delegate stationery.

Venue 1 can accommodate a maximum of 150 people in cabaret layout, 328 people in theatre setup, or up to 450 people for standing receptions. The venue has its own entrance, reception/registration area, and green room that can be used for staff preparation space or prayer room.

A PA system with 1 handheld microphone costs £180 including VAT. Additional microphones are £72 including VAT each. If you need more than 3 microphones, a dedicated sound engineer is mandatory at £540 including VAT, as Venue 1 requires professional sound management for multiple microphones.

Venue 2 (adjacent room) can be used as catering space free of charge, but is only available until 4pm due to other bookings. The Nash and Portland rooms can be hired for £500 VAT exempt to be used for additional catering space. Breakout rooms are available at £750 per day each.

The Day Delegate Package has a minimum requirement of 80 delegates. For events requiring 200+ people, this becomes the minimum capacity expectation. Payment is processed through PayPal links sent to your designated email address.

Working lunch can be served at £19.80 including VAT per person. Tea and coffee breaks are £8.40 including VAT per serving. Post-event Prosecco and canapés package costs £52.00 including VAT per person and includes PA system for background music, 6 canapés per person, 2 glasses of Prosecco per person, plus orange juice and water.

Yes, last-minute additions are accommodated. Guest numbers can be increased even very close to the event date, with updated function sheets and invoices provided promptly to reflect the new headcount.

Dates can be provisionally held for 10 working days while you receive updates and make decisions. The venue requires confirmation within this timeframe, and function sheets are provided for review and approval before finalizing arrangements.

Venue 2 is only available until 4pm as there are other events starting at 4pm. The main Venue 1 has more flexible timing options, but specific time restrictions may apply depending on other bookings on your event date.

Hybrid event capabilities are available with costs ranging from £550 to £2,500 plus VAT, depending on your specific requirements. The exact cost varies based on the complexity and technical needs of your online streaming and interaction requirements.
