The Charles Suite room hire is complimentary based on a minimum catering spend of £1,800. The Conservatory has a room hire fee of £1,500 based on a minimum catering spend of £1,500. All rates are inclusive of VAT and a discretionary 15% service charge is added to the final invoice.

The Charles Suite accommodates up to 50 guests on 10 round tables or up to 30 guests on one oval table. The Conservatory seats up to 40 for lunch on round tables or 30 on one oval table. Both spaces are located on the first floor with natural daylight.

Three-course private dining is £95.00 per person in the Charles Suite, while buffet lunch is £45.00 per person in the Conservatory. Afternoon tea is £75.00 per person. Tea, coffee and petits fours are £7.00 per person across all spaces.

House wine starts from £50.00 per bottle, Champagne from £110.00 per bottle, and Prosecco is £55.00 per bottle. Bottled beers are £10 each, soft drinks from £6.00 each, and mineral water is £8.50 per 750ml bottle.

All quotes are valid for 5 working days and are based on the brief provided. If any element of the brief changes, the quote will need to be revised accordingly. The venue does not hold space during the quotation process.

The Conservatory can accommodate a 55-inch plasma screen for £50 for the day with HDMI connection. A PA system and microphone are available, with microphone hire at £30, though they are rarely requested due to the intimate size of the room.

The Charles Suite features stunning chandeliers that were hand-crafted for New York's Tavern on the Green, previously admired by Mayor Fiorello H. La Guardia and actresses Grace Kelly and Fay Wray. Natural daylight floods the space, and it's exclusively hired for private parties.

The Conservatory is described as tranquil and elegant with lush green surroundings, stylish décor and classic artwork. Its highlight is a stunning glass ceiling that can be opened for fresh air and natural light, creating a unique indoor-outdoor ambiance perfect for intimate celebrations.

A discretionary 15% service charge is automatically added to the final invoice. AV equipment incurs additional charges - plasma screen £50 per day, microphone £30. All pricing is inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate.

Enquiries are typically released after 5 working days if there is no response from the client. The venue sends follow-up reminders before releasing enquiries to find alternative customers, so prompt responses are essential to secure dates.
