Fleming Room
The Alexander Fleming room is an excellent space for smaller events. With AV technology and video conferencing available it is a great choice for small meetings or discussions. It can also be used as a buffet space.

The Murrell Barnes suite combines the Christine Murrell and Josephine Barnes rooms into a fantastic modern business suite, with projector's and a PA system for delivering presentations. It can also be used as a reception or buffet space.

One of the more intimate spaces at BMA House, the Josephine Barnes Room is ideal for board meetings up to 16, interviews and training sessions up to 12 in u-shape. Video conferencing, a data projector, and an integral cloakroom facility are all included with the hire of the Josephine Barnes Room. This space also benefits from natural light and neutral yet warming decor. Flexibility is no issue with this space, with neighbouring rooms available to interconnect and create a larger space if you require.

Located in front of BMA House, the Courtyard is the perfect choice for your London summer party. The wrought iron gates, stunning architecture, and beautiful 4 statue fountain create a luxurious atmosphere in the rarely found large outdoor space in the heart of London. The Courtyard is also an excellent choice for post-event drinks and receptions held with indoor events at BMA House. The Courtyard can cater for up to 320 guests and is often hired in conjunction with the Great Hall or the Lutyens Suite which both have their own beauty and charm.

The Council Chamber has been specifically built to provide the perfect space for meetings, interactive debates and AGMs. It comes with the latest in AV technology, individual delegate microphones and an 'at seat' voting system. The room boasts plenty of natural light and has views over the Garden and the Courtyard. If required full blackout blinds can be installed.

This space can be hired alone to accommodate up to 100 guests, or alongside the interconnecting Lister-Fleming Suite for larger events.

The Garden room is a beautiful modern space ideal for most intimate events. As the name would suggest, the Garden Room has direct access to the Garden, a tranquil outdoor space, and plenty of natural light. The 24 ft ceiling and large windows create a light and airy atmosphere for your London event in which guests can enjoy the fixed bar, botanical-themed artwork, and there's even space for live music. The Garden Room is an excellent choice for corporate and private events with a capacity for up to 90 guests. It is often hired in conjunction with the Garden to offer outdoor space.

Located on the third floor the Black Suite comprises of the Black, Lister & Flemming rooms. It retains the original art deco barrel-vaulted ceiling of the Great Hall of which it was part until an extra floor was created in 1985. The Suite can be set out in a number of different layouts and comes with the latest AV technology. A fantastic space for larger meetings, presentations, conferences or corporate events.

The Great Hall is an imposing room at 28ft high and 115ft long. Located in the heart of BMA House on the first floor, the room offers views from a balcony over the main Courtyard. It offers an abundance of natural light and is licensed for wedding ceremonies. BMA House currently has three wedding packages available ranging from £140.50 (inc VAT) to £265 (inc VAT) per person. The wedding packages include everything you need to have a spectacular day at BMA House however we know each wedding is completely unique and so we also offer bespoke packages.

All four rooms hold both a wedding license for civil ceremonies & receptions for up to 200 guests. We have a tranquil Garden & majestic Courtyard, a real rarity in central London, perfect for your drinks reception, photos & devouring our sustainable, mouth-watering menus. Our Wedding Packages have been named after the herbs grown in our Garden; Thyme, Rosemary & Lavender. We can also create bespoke packages to suit your needs.

Our London filming venue is available for hire for filming, photography & promotional events. Built on the site of Charles Dickens' former London home, with plenty of Georgian inspired features, the venue works well as a backdrop for both historical and contemporary productions. We have developed a series of filming & photography shoot options for clients to be able to make the most of our unique period filming location. BMA House is fortunate to have two outdoor spaces which, until recently, have been unseen on-screen. The Courtyard & driveway, and the exclusive botanical Garden.
