This newly refurbished space is perfect for a small team meetings and presentations, with inclusive AV facilities. The room can accommodate up to 56 in theatre style, 32 in cabaret or 24 boardroom style.

Its has plenty of natural light, with large windows looking out over the beautiful Lincoln's Inn Fields. Catering would be served within the room, or guests are welcome to visit Searcy's ARC Cafe, also on the ground floor. The AV include a large screen combined with a Microsoft Windows device facilitating the use of Microsoft Teams and Zoom.




Frequently asked questions

The deposit is 80% of the total cost, with the remaining 20% due 6 weeks prior to the event when planning takes place. This payment structure applies to all bookings at The View.

The Conference Suite accommodates up to 300 guests in theatre style, 120 in cabaret, or 150 for private dining round tables (220 on sprigs). The Park View provides additional networking space for up to 300 in standing reception format, plus two breakout rooms (The Linder Boardroom and Newman Suite) each holding 50 guests theatre style.

All rooms include basic AV equipment: projector and screen (accessible via Clickshare), repeat screens, up to four wireless microphones, lectern, and PA system. An in-house 6m x 3m stage is available for hire at additional cost if required.

Room hire starts from £5,000-£8,000+VAT for 9am-5pm depending on the event. Day Delegate Rates range from £80-£135+VAT per person with minimum numbers typically 80-150 guests. Minimum ballpark pricing usually starts from £10,000-£12,000+VAT total for most events.

Standard event hours are typically 9am-5pm for day events, with evening events running 6pm-10pm or 6pm-11pm. Event organizer access is usually available from 8am for setup, with some flexibility for earlier access if required.

The venue offers Day Delegate Rate packages including arrival tea/coffee and pastries, mid-morning refreshments, lunch (sandwich/finger food or hot fork buffet), and afternoon tea/coffee. The Park View room serves as the dedicated catering and networking space, separate from the main Conference Suite.

Nothing can be stuck on the walls in the event space - no blue tac, tape, or adhesive materials are permitted. Free-standing posters and banners are acceptable alternatives. Flipcharts are available for hire at £25+VAT per flipchart if needed.

All bookings include cloakroom service, on-site security, and still/sparkling water throughout the event. The venue is fully accessible and can provide registration desk space either on the ground floor or in the 6th floor atrium.

The venue can place spaces on hold while clients consider their options, but specific hold periods aren't detailed. Bookings should be made well in advance as popular dates fill up quickly, with some dates showing full availability months ahead.

Weekend rates are typically lower than weekday rates. For example, Day Delegate Rates show Friday at £100+VAT per person versus Saturday at £87.50+VAT per person, with venues often being more flexible on Friday bookings due to lower demand.
