The Great Hall is an imposing room at 28ft high and 115ft long. Located in the heart of BMA House on the first floor, the room offers views from a balcony over the main Courtyard. It offers an abundance of natural light and is licensed for wedding ceremonies.

BMA House currently has three wedding packages available ranging from £140.50 (inc VAT) to £265 (inc VAT) per person. The wedding packages include everything you need to have a spectacular day at BMA House however we know each wedding is completely unique and so we also offer bespoke packages.

BMA House offers three wedding packages ranging from £140.50 to £265 per person (including VAT). For 50 guests, the Lavender Package costs £170 per person and includes two welcome glasses of prosecco, four canapes, three-course fine dining wedding breakfast with tea, coffee and petit fours, wine and water for the meal, a glass of prosecco for toast, and evening food truck in the Courtyard. Venue hire is £6,600 for the Prince's Room, Snow Room, Garden and Garden Room with Courtyard access.

A minimum of 40 guests applies to wedding packages. The venue can accommodate smaller numbers but the minimum catering spend still applies based on 40 people.

Wedding venue hire costs £6,600 and includes access from 14:00-23:30 with earlier access available for suppliers. This includes dedicated wedding planner and operations team on the day, security and staff, Chiavari chairs, tables, linen, and all crockery, cutlery and glassware.

For 50 guests, the recommended spaces are the Prince's Room, Snow Room, Garden and Garden Room, with the Courtyard available for photographs. The Great Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated dining and is licensed for wedding ceremonies with 28-foot-high ceilings and natural light.

The Christmas 3-course meal package costs £95 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 120 guests. It includes uplighters, games, poseur tables, PA and festive background music, two pre-dinner drinks (mulled wine or sparkling) with crisps, three-course seated meal, half bottle house wine and water, plus tea, coffee and petit fours.

Room hire varies by space and timing. The Great Hall costs £5,520 plus VAT for evening hire (6:30pm-11:30pm), while the Snow Room costs £2,700 plus VAT for the same period. For corporate dinners, the Garden and Garden Room combination has specific pricing that includes setup from 18:00-22:00.

The Fine Dining Package costs £96 plus VAT per person and includes two glasses of prosecco, black pepper crisps, three-course menu, filtered water, and half bottle of house wine per person. For events requiring higher-end catering, evening dinner packages are available with costs varying by guest numbers, with full details provided in their evening packages PDF.

Yes, the Garden closes at 22:00 but events can continue in the Garden Room until 23:00. The Garden and Garden Room can only be booked from 6:30pm-11pm for evening events, and daytime garden events have different availability restrictions.

Standard room hire includes data projector and screen, PA system with up to 3 microphones, flipchart, and technical support for setup. The Great Hall offers extensive AV including high-powered Barco projector, 16:10 screen (5.10m x 2.87m), 24-channel mixing desk, multiple speakers, up to 9 microphones, lectern, stage lighting, and full-day technical support.

No, BMA House does not allow external catering due to their exclusive contract with their caterers. All catering must be provided through their in-house team, with various package options available depending on event type and requirements.

Initial enquiries are responded to within 1-2 days due to high volume. Enquiries are held in their system temporarily, with specific deadlines given (such as 25th June or 25th July mentioned in correspondence). Site visits can be arranged, and they recommend booking video calls or in-person meetings to discuss details and finalize arrangements.

The third floor is wheelchair accessible but requires use of a wheelchair lift once on the floor to access rooms like the Bevan Suite and Harvey Room. The wheelchair lift has a weight limit that is sometimes unsuitable for electric wheelchairs, so details of any wheelchair users must be provided in advance for assessment.
